So the axe has fallen on one of my shows for the first time this year. Fox has officially cancelled "Terra Nova" (although I think the makers are trying to take it to other networks). Really good episode of "Alphas" last night - 1x10 - the way everyone was a suspect was played out really well and the pay off was especially good. Probably would have figured it out myself but I didn't. What's weird when I watch this show is that if Gary is in danger I get really worried and shout things like "No, no, no! Someone help Gary!!" On Thursday night I watched "Ringer" - 1x05 - I can't believe they did what I think they did at the end. What the hell? This show has improved a lot and is getting pretty interesting now. I'm enjoying it but I'm not loving it. I am wondering exactly where the storylines can go and how long to show can really go on for.

I watched two more episodes of "Terra Nova" last night - 1x02 and 1x03 - so I'm now up to date with Sky1. I quite enjoyed these two episodes. 1x02 reminded me of that episode of "Primeval" from series one with the little flying dinosaurs. And 1x03 was quite good too and I think it could be the start of some interesting story arcs.

Last night I watched the opening two episodes of "Terra Nova" - 1x01 feature length but split into two - thought it was okay. It looked great and Jason O'Mara is hot. I could be tempted to keep watching it just for that! Incidentally, I really liked him in the US "Life on Mars" remake.
